1. How does shipping work?
I offer free shipping worldwide for all orders. Shipping happens within 1 or 2 business days of payment through Israel Post. Custom fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please be kind when it comes to customs delays, this situation doesn’t happen often but it’s unfortunately out of my control.
US: Orders are shipped using EMS (up to 5 business days, tracking code will be sent).
ISRAEL: Eco Post / priority will be the standard shipping arrangement. It will take up to 5 business days to receive your package. A tracking number will be provided.
EUROPE / UK and all other countries: Orders are shipped using ECO post as a standard shipping method. It takes up to two weeks for delivery. A tracking number will be provided. This shipping method poses a very small chance of being charged any fees at all. Faster delivery can be arranged after reading this link about taxes & fees: https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad
GERMANY: Post takes 5 to 7 weeks to deliver due to the long customs hold / system in Germany.
2. Who makes your products?
I’m a one woman show here: Every single detail made into your bag is made and chosen by me: from buying leathers mainly from Italy and some locally, to choosing the perfect materials and hardware for your bag, to drawing and cutting patterns/fabrics, interfacing and other structure materials, to sewing your bag, modeling, photographing it and then bringing it to this shop.
2-a How Can I Trust Your Work Is Actually Handmade?
I started to work in handbag making 12 years ago. You can follow my journey / see photos and videos of my craft mixed with fashion photography (my second love!) in my Instagram account. My brand is currently transitioning from being handmade to local produce. My handmade work has taught me so much that I am actually comfortable with handing this extremely physical task to a local manufacturer. Two positives aspects come from this decision: I will be supporting a local small business plus I get more time in my hands to actually grow as a business. I will be announcing this transition through my newsletter. I deeply love that you’re being part of this!
3. What type of material options do your handbags offer?
I currently work with the best quality leather. Eventually, I’d love to add a canvas selection for vegetarian / vegan fashionable ladies.
4. What payment options do you offer?
I offer PAYPAL as a payment option. It’s easy and totally secure. You can use it even if you don’t have a paypal account. You can either sign up for an account or click on Check Out and click on the blueprint below the login details that says: Pay with a credit card / I don’t have a paypal account and follow the instructions. Please do feel free to contact me if this isn’t clear enough; I’ll be happy to help as quick as possible.
5. Can I purchase a product as a gift?
I love taking care of special occasions! I will wrap your product nicely with any personalized note for that beloved person.
6. Do you offer custom bags?
I no longer take custom work as it really delays any project and production I can possibly be working on.
7. What if I don’t love what I bought?
I aim to please my customers. You’re welcome to return it or exchange it. The item needs to be shipped no longer than 7 days after you’ve received it. It needs to be clean, unworn and safely packed for shipment. Please note, you will have to cover the shipping fee to return and/or exchange. Once the product gets back to me, I will proceed with the refund.
All sale or reduced price items sales are final. I can’t offer refunds or exchanges for them.
8. Do you offer wholesale options?
I do. Contact me with your inquiry here.
9. Where else can I buy your products?
I also have an etsy shop. Feel free to check it out
10. Do you have a fan page on Facebook?

11. How to care for your leather bag:
Leather care can extend the life of your leather product. Here are some helpful tips on how to protect and treat your purchase:
Always test any cleaning on a hidden or inconspicuous area first! Always blot, never rub as rubbing may spread and deepen the spot! Do not apply heat to stains!
SPOTS, SPILLS AND STAINS
Blot out all excess liquid with a clean cloth or sponge. Let the leather air dry. If using a leather cleaner use product as directed on label.
DUST AND DIRT
Do not wash your leather product with water or any other chemical product. First wipe with a soft, damp cloth then wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
PENCIL, INK MARKS, GREASE, OIL
Gently use an eraser for slight pencil marks. Ink marks, grease and oil are not removable and should be left alone.
HEAT, SUNLIGHT AND RAIN
Prolonged exposure to heat and/or sunlight may dry out the leather, causing it to lose its feel and/or fade the color. If your leather product gets wet, dry with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry.
The slight variations and marks that may appear in the leather are due to the inherent natural characteristics and are not imperfections.
Dry cleaning any bag is highly recommended if necessary.
